Currently, our reflective glass beads are available in specifications with refractive indices greater than N1.93 and greater than N2.2, with particle sizes ranging from 100 to 700 mesh (graded options available). The product features excellent fluidity, high sphericity, high refractive index, and comes in white and gray colors.
Reflective Principle: Reflective material products use high-refractive-index glass beads with a semi-aluminized rear surface as retroreflectors, offering exceptional reverse retroreflective performance. They can directly reflect 85% of light back to the source. The brightness generated by retroreflection ensures that drivers can clearly see pedestrians or obstacles at night or under poor visibility conditions, enhancing safety for all parties involved.
Heat Transfer Reflective Printing: Glass beads are pre-coated onto PVC film containing hot-melt adhesive to create reflective hot-melt film. This film can be cut into various texts or patterns as needed and transferred onto clothing, bags, banners, and other materials through heat pressing.
