Alumina Thermal Conductive Powder

The alumina thermal conductive powder is an ultra-fine alumina (Al?O?) powder produced by our company through micro-differential and surface treatment. It undergoes lipophilic surface treatment, offering excellent dispersibility and transparency. It is widely used in various plastics, rubber, adhesives, and thermal conductive ceramics to enhance the thermal conductivity of products.

Applications:

1.Thermal Conductive Plastics: Adding alumina thermal conductive powder improves the thermal conductivity of plastics. The thermal conductivity of alumina/composite materials increases with the amount of alumina added.

2.Thermal Conductive Silicone Rubber: Adding alumina thermal conductive powder enhances the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber without affecting its transparency. With an appropriate dosage, the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber can reach 1.48–2 W/(m·K).

3.Thermal Conductive Adhesives: Such as epoxy adhesives, epoxy resins, and thermal conductive coatings. Adding alumina thermal conductive powder can achieve a thermal conductivity of 0.6 W/(m·K) or higher.

Dosage: The recommended addition ratio is generally 5–8%, but the specific amount should be determined based on customer trial results.
